EDIT Fixed Midna's body and other details

_{Midna fumbled in Link's belongings, hung on Epona's back. Fortunately, he still had a bottle filled with potion. That ruby-red liquid smelled awful, but it had helped him other times when his weak human nature succumbed to exhaustion. She poured a few drops on his half-opened lips, and threw some more when she saw the boy reacted and swallowed them. Then she damped a cloth in the water from the nearby fountain, cooling his feverish skin.

Shaking, Link muttered something Midna did not understand. The Twili did not know the nature of that poison, and if his delusions were the result of the toxin or the fever. All she could do was stay with him and hope that the fresh water or the potion had some effect on him, but that agitation made no good; the poison would take possession of his weakened body...}

From my short fanfiction, Together. Link receives a poisoned arrow in one arm and Midna takes care of him. That means lots of Midna's thoughts coming

This whole ilustration is an accident, someway. It started as a little sketch done at 5 am. I was sketching scenes based in my short fanfiction, as it is impossible to me to do a comic; I wanted to colour all them in a hurry and that's all, ta-da! But I loved this one so much so I decided to do it individually and I did a proper lineart

To be sincere I like this one much more than the first one, although it lacks a more "dramatic" perspective view. Link's expression just breaks your heart or at least it wants you to get Midna away and take care of him yourself , lol

Also I think Midna looks much better here that in the old version from two months ago. I love how you improve without realizing

When I was painting Midna's fused shadow thing, the laptop just switched off. After the little heart attack and thoughts of a blackout I realized what happened was THE DAMN WIRE HAS MOVEDASDFLRJGDF. It was looking much better before the accident but anyway, I think it's looking OK now too.

Also I had a little fever this weekend, just a cold. Link's revenge on me

Download to appreciate ~~Link's sexy half-open lips~~ the messed up painting and how much better it looks in a non-so-full view for obvious reasons... Really, it looks terrible

First of all, I really love the concept behind this scene! This drawing alone, as well as the fanfiction it belongs to, create a much more real sense of journey and hardship than the game does. To be attacked and actually have to face a threat like poison is much more realistic than just loosing a few hearts and then moving on not phased. I like seeing Midna have to take care of Link like this.

As for the drawing, I love the colors used. Midna's Twili runes are pretty in the crimson light of the fire. The fire by the way looks very nice, and her hair looks amazing. I also noticed the Triforce on Link's hand, which I think is a nice detail. Link overall looks great!

I do see one thing that bothers me; Midna's upper torso seems to be a little misshapen. Maybe this is just me, but there seems to be too much white area on her chest; in other words, her chest seems too wide.
